This hunter role positions you as the inaugural Senior Account Executive for our new markets, collaborating with our sales team to further accelerate our strong revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on clients in the Western European markets, including The Netherlands, The Nordic Regions, The UK, and Ireland.Your routine will revolve around core sales tasks — engaging with prospects, leading product demos, and navigating contract negotiations daily. By ensuring as many leads as possible cross the line, you're not just contributing to our revenue growth; you're actively shapinga borderless world. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and automating our sales processes, discovering the latest hacks to improve outbound conversion. Join us in rewriting the rules of global mobility and making a lasting impact.What You'll Do Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies, with a focus on Western Europe, while running an efficient SaaS sales process.Maintain, build, and own specific relationship maps for your territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts.Develop a deep comprehension of the customer's business.Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises in the Western EU regions by selling value and ROI in the SaaS domain.Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into the assigned territory.Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solutions.Have an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation.Identify a robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities
