We don't just accept differences - it's one of our core values.We recognize that diverse teams make the strongest teams, and we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply.Come be part of the new team that delivers ground-breaking products for our clients.**Role overview**:As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Director of Finance and others in the Treasury function in several areas including, billing and collection metrics, commission plan administration and automation, royalty reporting, and various ad hoc projects at the request of the Treasurer or the Finance Director.You will work with various managers and staff within the Treasury function to gain an understanding of IPC's banking, billing and collection processes, commission plan administration and various reporting requirements. You will then be tasked with assisting to improve and automate the process via advanced excel techniques or third party software integration.**What you will be doing**:- Owns the responsibility to produce, manage (breakdown and summarize),analyze and present reports related to various treasury related activities.- Participates in end to end global bi-weekly commissions process including data verification, consolidation, analysis, reporting, etc. and work with Finance / Sales Leaders to ensure a smooth process.- Prepare weekly metric reports related to billing and collections activity. Advise on opportunities for automation where applicable.- Prepare the daily cash flash report by utilizing the JPMC customer portal and IPC's Oracle ERP system.- Support various ad hoc projects at the request of the Treasurer and / or Finance Director.**Essential Skills and Experience to be Successful in this Role**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience.- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with large datasets.- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills,with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy- Has ability to distil complex data into concise and action-oriented insights.- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.- Experience working in global cross-cultural environment.- Good communication and interpersonal skills
