Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant Department: Implementation Reports To: Manager of Implementation FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary The Implementation Consultant must demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with project management methodologies in order to support multi-country payroll implementations. Requires strong communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with the team members internationally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following . Other duties may be assigned. Assist with the international implementation process, working closely with ADP Celergo Implementation Project Team (IPM) Support meetings with key stakeholders internally as needed to review, discuss and review issues. Assist with the development of project plans, milestones and timelines to baseline tasks required for projects. Provide action plans and issue resolution, as appropriate. Payroll expertise and ability to communicate to IPMs inconsistencies in the reporting. Clearly explain country specific payroll issues to IPMs to they can address with the clients. Assist with internal projects such as preparing proposals, customer presentations, and marketing efforts. Provide perspective, input, and support for the Project Managers on customer-related issues. Strong Excel Skills and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies. Interact and communicate with international partners to clarify country specific items. Relay pertinent payroll information to our global partners in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to problem - solve and seek alternative solutions. Travel to client location when required. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Qualifications To perform this job successfully , an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience Two to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment. Other Skills and Abilities. Bilingual Language skills are preferred.
