We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: Senior Manager Global Oncology Pricing Analytics & Operations (m/f/x) The Position: The Senior Manager Global Oncology Pricing Analytics & Operations is responsible for managing and coordinating the pricing operations and analytics needed to support the development of pricing and access strategies across Daiichi-Sankyo's portfolio, and ensures optimal execution to maximize the portfolio value. Reporting: Reports to the Senior Director GOVAP Analytics, Operational and Payer Excellence Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for price analytics in order to support the development of pricing, reimbursement and access strategies for the Daiichi-Sankyo Oncology portfolio: Works closely together with the GPRA team to support with all the analytics needed to ensure development and implementation of optimal asset pricing, reimbursement and market access strategies, and where needed portfolio view. As needed, liaises with e.g. finance/marketing /commercial /regional access teams etc. (e.g for contracting and net price analyses). Provides necessary elements and materials (including analogue analysis) to support informed decision-making. Supports the teams with development and simulations of innovative solutions to unlock access while optimising long term value for Daiichi-Sankyo (in close collaboration with other global/regional/local OVAP team members) Ensures access to internal and external databases and sources Pricing Operations and Governance: responsible for Price management globally: Price certificates and notifications Managing the Price Approvals process using Daiichi-Sankyo internal electronic processes/tools, keeps oversight as per agreed governance and documented accordingly; Responsible for IRP simulations and business case assessments, in close collaboration with the PRA Assets teams and the regional/local OVAP and pricing teams, in accordance with the governance in place (incl. alliance governance if applicable) Coordinates the Global Pricing Committees set-up and alliance approval process Responsible for keeping the global pricing database up to date and ensure new colleagues being onboarded and trained accordingly; interacts with regional/local OVAP teams as needed Responsible for keeping the Global Pricing SOPs up-to-date Collaborates with the Legal and Compliance teams and ensures all colleagues regularly trained on pricing and any other relevant legislation (e.g. anti-trust regulations), in collaboration with regional OVAP teams Responsible for proper internal communication and distribution of price reports updates Responsible for Data Management and Market Access Knowledge: Monitoring WW market dynamics including, but not limited to, P&R and HTA insights, competitors evolution, healthcare policy development, CI insights from the public domain (e.g., trial information, mergers etc.) to support establishing winning pricing and access strategies and tactics for the oncology portfolio Ensures proper and regular internal communication Provides and supports training to the broader Daiichi-Sankyo organisation Education & Professional Experience: Highly self-motivating personality with Positive can-do attitude to become a role-model of our values Pro-active & team player Proven ability to work and influence in a matrix organization Strong Analytical and Communication skills Relevant and demonstrable experience (at least 5 years) with Global Pricing and Market Access activities in a pharmaceutical company (or related such as medical devices or consultancy) Consolidated expertise in Pharmaceutical Pricing and Market Access with a good knowledge of pricing systems world-wide Fluency in written and spoken English Willingness to travel if required Why work with us?
