.The Senior Quality Manager Energy Storage reports into the Global VP of Quality Management. They play a pivotal role in overseeing supplier quality management for crucial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) components. This involves enhancing and defining supply contracts for BESS and/or key components and skillfully negotiating technical specifications, production QA scope, and warranty terms. The responsibilities of Senior Quality Manager Energy Storage extend to the continuous refinement of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) for BESS, actively managing claims on defects, and collaborating with independent expert parties for production QA and root cause analysis.The role further entails comprehensive oversight of the entire production QA process, from battery cells to system integration and safety systems, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality BESS to project sites.
