If you are thriving in the fast-paced, dynamic environments where every day brings new challenges - Kantox is a place for you! .Reporting to Tamara, our Chief People Officer, your responsibilities will include:TA Coordination: Efficiently schedule interviews with modern tools, prioritising the availability of both candidates and interviewers. Generating innovative ideas to enhance scheduling efficiency and speed, leveraging your quick thinking and adaptable mindset. TA Partner Responsibilities: Conducting 1st step values-driven interviews to assess candidates' alignment with Kantox. Developing and executing sourcing strategies for both tech and commercial positions, ensuring a robust talent pipeline. Cultivating enduring relationships with past and potential candidates to uphold a high-quality candidate experience. Collaborating closely with the People Team to provide valuable insights and trends from the current international job market. Proposing innovative candidate-focused ideas that align with our culture and values, both internally and externally. Representing Kantox as a brand ambassador at various events to foster candidate communities. Contributing to projects focused on employee experience and employer branding, emphasising diversity and inclusion. Who You Are: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excited to dive into the world of talent acquisition and to hunt for top-notch candidates to fill challenging roles. Great in time management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Well-organised when working autonomously, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Enthusiastic about using social media and online tools to find amazing talent.  Willing to learn how to use Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR tools. Fluent in English - a must have!
