Empresas: Hotel Brach Madrid 5* TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER / ENGENIERING DIRECTOR - MAINTENANCE - Advise the General Manager of the hotel on security matters. - Draw up the reports requested by the General Manager. - Optimise maintenance and repair costs within the limits of operation, hygiene and safety. - Coordinate compliance with safety regulations with the heads of department. - Manage the organisation of the department and the allocation of tasks in accordance with Group procedures. - Manage personnel (recruitment, planning, evaluation, training and disciplinary procedures). - Supervise the daily tasks of each post according to activity and events; - Ensuring the transmission of know-how and interpersonal skills within his or her department; - Ensure the long-term future of the establishment's technical and real estate facilities, in accordance with the Group's standards and the legislation in force; - Develop all preventive procedures to ensure effective control of the hotel's maintenance. - Ability to work in all areas of the establishment. - Carry out corrective maintenance tasks, seeking to minimise inconvenience to guests; - Play an active role in ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant stay in the hotel. - Implement and monitor the preventive maintenance plan with a view to optimising resources and energy and ensuring customer satisfaction; - Ensure compliance with the Group's purchasing policies within the Group. - Organise, supervise and control the work of subcontractors and external service providers; - Establish and supervise maintenance contracts - Participate in technological and environmental monitoring; - Propose technical, safety, eco-responsible and economic developments.
