YOUR TASKS In collaboration with our support team, you will be responsible for incident management at leading automotive manufacturers and in the industry via remote access. You process 2nd and 3rd level tickets of tracking solutions according to ITIL. You carry out error analysis and troubleshooting by evaluating log files You install and configure tracking systems for our customers YOUR PROFILE You have a degree in (business) informatics or have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the support area. Basic knowledge of Linux systems. Sound knowledge of network protocols and components. You are characterized by a strong service mindset combined with a high degree of service and customer orientation. You are also able to work under pressure and can act in a goal-oriented manner even under time pressure. You enjoy traveling for projects (< 10% of your time per year). A bonus, but not a must: Routine experience in scripting (e.g. Bash Shell, Python) or experience with service management tools, incident and change management. Very good German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
