Experienced Professional**Your Profile**- Engineering related discipline with Business Administration is a plus- With 10years or more power plant related working experience, with focus in DCS is a plus- With 5years or more working experience in sales or business development related functions- Strong leadership skill set to lead both direct subordinate (sales and bid) and supporting function from Germany, etc. toward common goal- Must have a mindset to deliver as ONE-TEAM and willingness to support other teams- Ability to motivate the team members and build a team that care for each other's- Able to travel up to 30% and work in flexible hours as needed**Your Responsibility**- Accountable for CD sales target, business development pipeline,and customer relationship management for Pacific sub-region- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals and bid / proposal professionals located in multiple countries, and indirectly lead other supporting resources, to achieve and be accountable for the given annual sales target- Build and capture sales pipeline in control system businesses, cybersecurity solutions, digitalization portfolios for existing power plants, new built power plants, and decarbonisation business areas.- Build stable and suitable business pipeline for coming years.
