With a strong 27-year track record in the PV space, Sungrow products power 170+ countries and regions worldwide.Job DescriptionDue to our dynamic growth in Spain, we are looking for a Business Development Manager / Specialist to join our team in Madrid.The Business Development Manager/Specialist will be responsible for the development of renewable energy projects (solar PV, energy storage, hydrogen, etc.) from greenfield until RTB or CODThe selected person will lead all permit procedures, communications with key stakeholders (public admnistration, landowners, codevelopers, REE, EPC companies) while ensuring project feasibility and maximizing project quality.The selected person will bring new business opportunities, requesting access and connection to the grid, looking for potential new opportunities and working closely with the Country Manager, M&A and Risk Control team to analyze third party opportunities..She or he will research and analyze new market investment opportunities from an environmental, technical and financial point of view.The selected person will work closely with the Risk Control and M&A team to quickly compose deal structures.Market analysis and domain of the electrical sector laws, environmental procedures, energy price regulation and energy contracts are a must. .Key responsibilitiesShe or he will be responsible of the development of renewable energy projects (solar PV, energy storage projects and hydrogen), leading all permitting activities, communications with public administrations, REE and distributions companies.Effectively and professionally manage relationships with all the third parties (EPC, investors, codevelopers, utilities, landowners, ...).Analyze and search for new market opportunities.Lead, review and monitor incoming permit documents to ensure its adequacy, and take necessary follow-up actions to improve project quality, mitigate risk or improve project feasibility.Negotiation and collaboration with legal department in the closing of agreements (e.g. land acquisition, co-development agreements, etc.)Coordinate and planning of the activity, achieving the milestones defined by the company.Supervise co-development agreements and the possible risks in each investment opportunity.Evaluate the status of the projects during the development phase.Skills And QualificationsBachelor degree, civil or industrial engineering. MBA is a plus.Minimum 7 years working experience in the same positionin Spainwith proven development experience of renewable energy projects.Deep understanding of 'greenfield' development process for solar PV, energy storage and hydrogen projects (including site control, securing interconnection, permitting process,etc.). Good knowledge of associated business development costs.Management – Good Project Management skills and Knowledge of Autocad,PVSys.Demonstrated teamwork skills; ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other language skills will be a plus but not mandatory.Experience developing in other countries is not mandatory but will be considered as a plus.Willingness to travel#J-18808-Ljbffr
