We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.Position OverviewPeople Operations & Communication * Ensure the EMEA HR global calendar is updated and accurate to support communication activities. * Participate in the elaboration and execution of EMEA change plans and communication plans. * visual assets (mailings, posters, corporate social media content, GIFs, videos) and on-brand HR documents (policy, presentation, etc.), for all HR functions (Total Rewards, HRIS, Generalists, D&I). * * Provide support on change management projects and HRIS implementations. Employee Wellbeing * Coordinate employee well-being activities in EMEA by maintaining the annual and quarterly calendar. * Proactively support the development of new initiatives to drive employee adoption of our current resources and tools. * Develop reporting on employee adoption of our well-being resources and tools.Experience, Skills & Knowledge* English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus * Strong spoken and written communication skills * Creative individual with a strong desire to learn
