Gather and consolidate insights from various sources, including end-users, stakeholders, data, markets, and internal teams. Develop and communicate the product vision, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing with business stakeholders. Define backlog items, plan sprints, and collaborate with developers to execute sprints. Work with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Define software development capacity, procure necessary internal and external services, and oversee roll-out plans for new functionality. Measure user interactions and value generation to enhance product performance. Requirements: Academic degree or apprenticeship in business technology, software engineering, or related fields. Minimum two years of experience as a Product Owner or Product/Project Manager in a related field. Proficient in agile methodologies and working with software development teams. Experience with a large group of stakeholders and strong communication skills in English. Proactive, self-organized working style with a good business sense and an interest in leveraging digital technology for business improvement.
