You will join a team of 3 people and you will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.Your missions:Recruitment & OnboardingManage the full recruitment cycle : collection needs, recruitment, onboarding and new hires follow-upResponsible for recruitments and internal mobility, relationships with recruitment agencies, etcFollow the employee's development throughout his/her career with the companyManagement and monitoring of career plan, training plan, internal career development and relationships with training providersProvide support to teams and managers :day-to-day relations, identify and retain talents, organizational consulting, salary competitiveness, disciplinary issues, etc;HR development and projectsManagement and monitoring of People Reviews, Feedback 360Manage culture workshops and local HR projects in Spain in collaboration with other team membersStaff administration & KPILocal point of contact to centralize payroll elements at group level for SpainCollaborate with HR Ops & Legal for administrative matters (paid leave, payroll, certificate, etc.).Take part to other duties : General Services Management, documentation, kpiAs the teams are based in Spain and France, business trips will be required between the various offices.Profile and skills required :At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role (HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist, etc)Fluent in Spanish and English, proficient in FrenchExperience in an international context/ M&AIn-depth legal knowledge of HR fundamentals in SpainProven experience in recruitment for Tech and Product functionsHave a facilitator stance which enables you to be an HR AmbassadorCommon sense and business orientedGood communication skills and able to adapt to different stakeholders with various cultural backgroundsFlexibility and adaptability, you're comfortable in a changing environmentRigor and metrics orientedRecruitment process :HR online interviewOnline interview with Chief Human Resources OfficerCase studyOnline interview with HR Ops and ManagersUnnax is an Equal Opportunity Employer which means we pledge to not discriminate against employees based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetic information..
